Las Vegas Weddings Have Everything, Including the Grand Canyon

One of the most memorable places to marry is Vegas, but Las Vegas weddings don't always happen inside a grand resort or a wedding chapel. Many couples head over to the Grand Canyon to make their vows and there are a number of companies that provide wedding packages that include the Canyon as well as some of the amenities associated with a wedding. Most couples have a private ceremony in the Canyon and then host a grand reception back on the strip for all their family and friends.

Maverick Helicopter offers a package that provides limo service from your hotel to their terminal on the strip. A narrated helicopter flight takes you over Lake Las Vegas, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Fortification Hill which is actually an extinct volcano. Once over the Canyon, you'll descend 3,500 feet below the rim to a lovely spot for your ceremony. They provide video of the ceremony, cake, and champagne before flying back over the Bowl of Fire and downtown Las Vegas to return you via limo to your hotel.
